📄 Tycoon Consultancy – Refund Policy

At Tycoon Consultancy, we are committed to delivering high-quality services tailored to your business growth. All payments made for our services are considered final. However, we understand that certain situations may warrant a review.

When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A critical error or service failure is identified that is clearly detrimental to the intended delivery or results of the service.

  • The error must be directly caused by Tycoon Consultancy and not due to lack of client communication, delayed approvals, or client-side changes.

  • A formal complaint must be submitted within 7 calendar days of service delivery or milestone completion for refund eligibility review.

Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine whether a refund is warranted based on the specific facts of the case.

When Refunds Will NOT Be Issued

  • If services were delivered as described and no error was made by our team.

  • For change of mind or client-initiated cancellation after payment.

  • If client delays, unresponsiveness, or failure to provide necessary input affect the outcome or timeline.

  • For any digital deliverables or services that are intangible and non-returnable once accessed or initiated.

Refund Timeframe

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method via Stripe within 7–10 business days of approval.

📩 How to Request a Refund

Please email your request to contact@tycoonconsultancy.com with:

  • Your full name, company name, and service purchased

  • Payment date and reference

  • A detailed explanation of the issue/error

Our support team will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
